About the job

Seeking a compassionate, in-home caregiver to provide hands-on care for our 78-year-old father during weekend hours. He is mentally sharp with no dementia but has very limited mobility. Candidate could be nursing student or someone with more experience needing weekend hours. Should have experience caring for bed-bound or minimally mobile adults. Comfortable performing all aspects of personal care, incontinence care, bathing and hygiene, dressing and changing. Safely assist with bed-to-wheelchair transfers using a slide board. Administer and manage medications. Prepare meals. Perform light housekeeping tasks. Provide support in coordination with the primary caregiver. Non-smoker.
