About the job

About who needs care: Carolyn has Parkinson with some dementia. She also has a hearing lose in one ear. She watches TV and reads. She has a person who stays each day with her and takes care of most of her needs.. We need someone who can stay several hours at night to help her get ready for night at present we don't need overnight. About the care needs: Someone who speaks English as a first language. With Carolyn's hearing lose she has a difficult time understanding people and an accent adds to her frustration. Someone kind and easy going and very patient. At times she needs assistance getting up and down and actually getting into bed. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
