Seeking care providers for dementia family member in skilled nursing facility from 10 p.m. - 10 a.m. daily. Flexibility with shift times. Family member has multiple fractures, non-weight bearing and a serious fall risk. Prefer fully vax'd non-smoker INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST: - have experience with dementia and/or cognitive deficits populations - exercise sound judgement, possess high moral and ethical standards and be flexible/creative in approaches to care - be patient, kind, compassionate, mentally/emotionally stable, vigilant and willing to connect with family member - document and communicate as much as possible with family - have command of the English language, speaking loudly, clearly, avoiding slang - be physically able to assist CNA's with toileting (in bedpan), cleaning/changing of brief and transferring Details to follow
