About who needs care: My dad is recovering from a colostomy reversal 5/2 and open heart surgery 5/6. He was discharged 5/12 has hospital delirium and needs help with healthy meal prep, medication management. About the care needs: med management, able to prep healthy meals based on what he likes. also give education on heart healthy meals Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
