About who needs care: Type 2 diabetes then needs to take insulin any caregiver to go to her appointments with her and to fix her meals at dinner time she also has beginning stage at dementia About the care needs: Someone who can take her to her appointments and stay with her during her appointments and someone that can come and fix her meals Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
