I am a senior requiring a wheelchair or walker to get around. My son is looking after me but we need a caregiver to help with light housekeeping, kitchen work, food prep, diabetic foot care, errands, and occasional transportation. 2-3 hrs per week. Must have valid driver license. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. My wheelchair is a lightweight powered chair, easily foldable. This job is ideal for caregivers who need to fill gaps in their weekly work schedule. A typical shift would be 2-3 hours in the afternoon, one or two days a week. Such as, every Tuesday 1:00 - 4 p.m. - or Saturday afternoons. I'm flexible. My location is : NE Portland (Overlook). I live alone in a 1-bedroom apartment. I would prefer someone who lives nearby as to avoid the traffic. Pay scale depends on your skill set and any medical certifications you may have.
