Seeking hands-on care near Gresham for 95-year-old hospice patient. Duties Include: -ADLs: Bathing, peri/incontinence care, dressing, toileting -Medication management assistance (4x times daily/prn) -Companionship/social interaction -Homemaking Duties: meal prep, routine and daily housekeeping, laundry, trash, supply stocking, grocery orders. -Transportation: doctor's appointments, errands, etc. -Full-Assist Transfers w/ gate belt: wheelchair -> toilet --> bed --> Lazy- Boy --> Car (can bare weight but requires full-assistance during all transfers... MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM/LIFT 8x-12x times per shift, client is approx. 175 lbs Preferences: -Non-smoker -CPR/ first aide -1+ year experience with hospice -Good cook/baker -Patient, kind, and mature -Reliable transportation (client's car will be used for appts)
