About the job
About who needs care: I have an aggressive form of Parkinsons disease and lung cancer. I need assistance in all ADLs, possible transportation to appointments, possible small meal prep, medication management. I spent my last 21 years as the choir director at Summit High School. I enjoy music of all sorts, shopping, walks in the park and lots of laughing. About the care needs: A lively personality with strong patience. Routine oriented with ability to be spontaneous. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
