About the job

Tentative hours are 8:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. on Tuesday /Wednesday / Thursday with the possibility of occasional weekends or other times as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous aide or medical training / experience. Ideal person is meticulous, has a positive attitude, detail-oriented, able to work independently within a family household and have a good value system. Must have experience with hoyer and standing hoyer and feel comfortable with aphasia. Also must be comfortable with continence care and daily cleaning bathing. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping (dishes, mopping, sweeping ). Mobility Assistance (using hoyer), Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation every day
