About the job

Who needs care: My mother has Parkinsons. She is mentally with it and has a full time live-in partner who is also in his 70s living at home with her. But he is not always able to be home and managing her advancing Parkinsons is increasingly difficult for him. Care needs: At the moment, I am looking for someone who can be with my mother on Mondays, Wednesdays, and possibly Fridays during the day. Hours are somewhat flexible and we are open to paying for more hours than she needs right now if we find the right person. We are looking for someone who can provide company and help with personal care, mobility, simple cooking, household tasks, and running errands. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced caregiver who is friendly, patient, kind, and has their own transportation.
