About who needs care: Recently discharged from the hospital on 4/27/25. Is diagnosed with Syncope, PVC (Premature Ventricular Contraction), CAD (Coronary Artery Disease), Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease, & managed type 2 diabetes. About the care needs: We are looking for a caregiver that gives of good energy and English being her number one means of communicating. The caregiver must be kind, be a good communicator, and be a willing listener. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
