About the job

My mother has moderate Parkinson's, and spends June-October on Fishers Island. We have a primary (and local) HHA who covers the weekday working hours. We are looking for a second HHA/CNA to cover 1) evenings and weekends through October (30 hr/wk), and 2) a full two-week period in late June and early July (40hr/wk). Due to the island location, this would be a partial live-in situation. You can return to your SE CT home during the middle of the week. There are some other logistical considerations but we can discuss those on a call. We need cooking, medication prompting, companionship, bathing assistance, running errands, light PT/walking supervision, and light housekeeping if possible.
