About the job

About who needs care: COPD; 24 hr. oxygen. Limited mobility. never 9-5. Need driver for Dr. appointments, Cleaning with cleaner. trouble with getting medicines and keeping them straight. Have difficulty when I try to cook. I am 86 now. Had to give up driving. Have large home & 1 cat. live in Palermo. I do have a long term care policy which covers help at home but do not think I would qualify yet. It pays $100/day after initial time period. Am thinking I might need someone 1 or 2 times A week. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping. I did not realize I was putting an application on-line. I thought I would get something from care. com telling me how this works. I do not think I am quite ready to get help yet. Was looking to be prepared for the near future.
