About the job

About who needs care: 98 yo. Living by self with home care 3 times per week for light house keeping buying groceries, and laundry. Fell and broke upper arm! Now needs supervision with walking to and from bathroom. She uses quad cane right now. Will have visiting PT. Needs help with meal preparation. Can restart Meals on Wheels. She mainly needs someone as she fears she may fall again and to assist with activities of daily living she cant perform bc of the fracture. She spends her time knitting and has knitted at least 1, 700 Knitted Knockers(breast prosthesis) for recovering Ca patients. She is diabetic! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
