About who needs care: Post cervical fusions and ptsd About the care needs: The health care provider should be female and capable of providing Level 1 and Level 2 care to the patient, should be licensed and either of Columbian, or American descent. Client is tall and health care provider needs to be capable of providing such services to a tall person. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
