About who needs care: 60 yr old male with ankylosing spondylitis (autoimmune disease related to rheumatoid arthritis) as well as wounds on lower legs. He has home health care 2-3 times per week to dress the wounds but needs transportation to other appointments one being an infusion treatment that is usually scheduled for one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) which would require drop off late morning and pick up late afternoon for both days. Assistance needed to get in/out of vehicle. About the care needs: He would do well with someone that likes to watch and talk about sports - especially football. He does not want anyone to hover over him - would like to be as independent as possible. He could benefit from some light housekeeping and errand running - including medication pickup. Services needed include: transportation.
