About who needs care: No specific conditions to mention. She needs to get more physical movement /exercise / stretch more and doesn't do it on her own. She is Italian, speaks English, but some forgetfulness is beginning and I'm in search of interaction options for her. Companionship is my main objective, no particular structure in mind. About the care needs: Offering her gentle movement and Physical therapy exercise would be my main objective. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. Speaking Italian would be helpful
