About who needs care: Mom is 79 with Parkinsons - I need help while Im at work but have an odd schedule, as I work in a Salon & Spa. Mom watches tv, naps or reads most of the day. Just needs help going from recliner (which is power lifted) to commode that is right next to her. Needs help wiping. She wears Depends. On occasion, will need the pull-up changed and possibly her pajama pants, but that doesnt happen often during the daytime hours. Will need the caregiver to maybe make a sandwich or heat up leftovers, give her her Parkinsons meds if its due during that shift. No cooking. No cleaning. No laundry. Just making sure mom is ok and doesnt fall. And making sure my adorable Pomeranian doesnt get out the front door. My dog is friendly and the cat mainly hides but is also nice, but very shy. Low key care. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
