About the job

My mother is a very alert , intelligent and sweet 84 yo woman who is handicap and unable to walk. My mom has learned to do a lot for herself, but She is confined to her bed/chair and needs help with making her morning tea, breakfast and helping her with personal care, including incontinence care. We would need help specifically the weeks that my brother or I are away and not able to assist her. We would also like for someone to assist her a few days a week for only an hour or two. We can discuss the specifics, we are flexible. Please reach out if you think you would be interested in helping care for my mom. Someone who will be patient with mom. Someone who gets my mom's sense of humor ( she can be pretty witty). Someone who is willing to provide/ assist with personal care and cleansing. My mom has a driveway and there is ample parking on the street. Train station is 4-5 blocks from her house as well as local busing. No pets at mom's house, but I sometimes bring my cockapoo over to visit her. She is a medium sized very happy friendly dog who loves to play.
