We are seeking a patient, reliable part time caregiver to support our mother, Sylvia, an 88-year-old resident of Meadow Lakes in East Windsor, NJ. Sylvia has some cognitive + physical decline but loves social interactions, especially during meals. Need someone to enhance her quality of life, assist with daily tasks, and manage potential agitation. Role starts at 1 to 2 days per wk with the opportunity to increase to 3 to 4 days per wk based on fit and Sylvia's needs. Responsibilities: Assist with morning routine (dressing, grooming, toileting) and evening prep Medications twice daily (morning and evening) with gentle reminders Make coffee/ light breakfast each morning Escort Sylvia to lunch in the facility (10 min slow walk with walker) Light housekeeping Monitor Sylvia's mood and behavior Brief update to family (text or call)
