About who needs care: needs assistance with reading (her mail) and math. She has a learning disability when it comes to reading, writing and math. She has some back issues which makes it difficult for her to walk without a walker. She requires assistance with transportation to and from doctors appointments, filling out any forms and understanding any diagnosis or prognosis, and requires transportation to and from food shopping About the care needs: someone extremely patient and kind/gentle.
