About who needs care: Mother broke her ankle and is now in an air cast. Care would be for both mother and father. Both use walkers - however sometimes need cues because they forget. Mom is 88 Dad is 90 They are currently not very active We will personal care: help mother with shower, meals, help getting in and out of bed, help in bathroom, light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, trash. Sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms - light housekeeping as needed. They have a cleaner that comes in every 2 weeks and cleans and changes their sheets. About the care needs: They need to be able to assist my mother getting up from chair when needed; assist in and out of bed; dressing; assist in bathroom; showers; cooking; laundry; dishes; light housekeeping. Need to be able to lift/assist my mother without the help of my father (whom as balance issues). They both require some reminder cues in regard to walker and where to properly place their walker when getting ready to sit as well as cues when needed on how to properly sit and get up for safety reasons. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
