About the job

About who needs care: My spouse Jim has cirrhosis and is recovering from a wrist fracture on his left arm. He uses a walker at baseline so now because of the cirrhosis he struggles with processing complex tasks so the change in his routine has been hard. I need someone to help him while he mobilizes to the bathroom by giving him cues and making sure hes stable. He needs help with wiping after bowel movements until hes recovered. Hes very weak at baseline as well and has full body tremors sometimes because of the cirrhosis. I would love him to work with someone who is patient and can talk him through his walks to the bathroom and give him any food or drink he needs while Im gone. About the care needs: Someone patient who is used to working with seniors and can help with mobility to and from the bathroom with his walker. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
