About who needs care: Recovery from third degree burns on hands and forearms. Need assistance in transferring 5 ft 9 in 180 lbs male and light housekeeping. About the care needs: Want continuity of care in responsible individual. Need assistance in helping recover from surgery and skin graph due to burns . Ideally caregiver would be able help transfer 5'9" 180 lbs easily. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
