About who needs care: Mild dementia, heart of hearing, poor eyesight, balance, problems, can walk short distances with Rollator, uses electric wheelchair in home, weighs 220, About the care needs: Needs to be able to recognize prescription names, very organized, bright, and cheerful, strong enough to lend slight assistance in moving about, drivers license, able to prepare light meals, currently would only need on an emergency basis. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
