Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Inver Grove Heights

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. My smart, sarcastic father suffered a stroke 6 months ago and is recovering; he's got some mobility but needs help with transfers. My sweet mother, in her late 70s, is doing too much to care for him and we are looking for someone to care for my dad but also maybe keep an eye on her, too -- is she doing too much? These are dreamy, sweet, kind, and loving folks. Great sense of humor, very easy-going. Bathing assistance preferred but not required. Caregiver MUST be a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained, trained in transfers for patients with low mobility / wheelchair. We are hoping for a caregiver who is reliable and responsive as well as happy to listen to our father's stories & can help my mom w housekeeping & laundry when dad is resting.
