About who needs care: VERY RELIABLE CAREGIVER NEEDED Caregiver needed for our son, 40, who is totally impaired - bed or wheelchair bound. MUST HAVE REFERENCES THAT WILL BE CHECKED. Can't talk or feed himself. Easy to care for, sweet, loving, like a baby. Loves to be talked to--read to---he needs to know you are there. Needs to be diapered, medicines and tube-fed (very easy to do), and occasional range-of -motion for legs (will show how to do). His hospital bed is in the open living room. He is loved by all of the family and we just need him to be safe and cared for while family members work. About the care needs: Person must be kind, compassionate, and extremely reliable. Our son is not hard to care for----just needs someone who we can trust to keep him safe and give food, meds, and change if need be. None smoker. Healthy (he is high risk for respiratory problems) Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
