About the job

My 92-year-old father needs help with getting dressed and showering in the morning and evening and helping with skin care on his scalp that has skin cancer. He has bp issues that make him weak and a fall risk in the morning's especially. He also needs encouragement to drink liquids and ensure he takes his pills that I organize. And he likes to go for drives and do errands and we have a car that aide can use. He responds best to a cheery kind person who treats him with respect and not like a baby or invalid and gives him space while being nearby - if that makes sense. Cognitively he is good just forgetful. He is an amazing and kind human who just wants to grow old at home with respect and dignity.
