About who needs care: Memory issues, dementia, progression towards final stages. Increased inability to conceptualize multiple steps to complete tasks but can do with reminders of those steps. Mom is impulsive, occasionally scared to bath due to fears of falling, unable to cook beyond heating up food, we have finances and meds under control by family. Looking for a respite person for my dad and myself to assist with general care. About the care needs: Mom was a home etc teacher and thinks she can still do everything. She also was a rehab provider for workers comp and is a very inyeigent woman. She will be fine with anyone who likes to chat. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
