About the job

About who needs care: My father suffered a stroke 3 months ago. after time in rehab he is home. He is able to walk with a walker but needs help with dressing , bathing and using the bathroom. Mentally he is very good, and his speech is very good. He is still in therapy and we are hopeful for continued improvement. He is a very sweet and agreeable person. About the care needs: My father gets along well with most I think it would be helpful if the caregivers had some experience as a GNA or other medical/ healthcare back ground. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
