A 40-year-old quadriplegic individual is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented caregiver for in-home assistance. CNA certification is not required, but in-home care experience is essential. A structured routine must be followed for consistency across staff, and a professional demeanor is required at all times. Responsibilities include: Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, ADLs, mobility, and transfers using equipment Following care instructions and maintaining consistency Being discreet and avoiding interference with the patient's daily life Light housekeeping, meal prep Safe transportation, including early or late hours Mask use during care and yearly flu shot required Requirements: Experience with mobility-impaired patients Valid driver's license, clean record Two references or one with 5+ years
