About the job

About who needs care: My mother has Alzheimer's with sundowning. Her primary focus is going to the start at and eating. She is calm until you tell her you are not going to the store then she becomes very upset. She wonders and often gets confused and lost. I have several tracking devices on her to know where she is most times. She also, has a caregiver that comes in the morning from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. She really needs some with her 24 hours a day. About the care needs: The best personality is someone that is easy going attentive but firm. Although she has Alzheimer's she otherwise is in pretty good shape. She was recently diagnosed with high triglycerides, but other than that she seems to be okay. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
