About the job

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking part-time care. He is able to do a lot of his daily activities but needs watching and can't be left alone for elongated periods of time. He and I (his son) live in the house full-time. My twin girls, 11, are here every other week and are very independent. I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping like meal prep, serving him meals, laundry for the house (preferred) Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets, there are 2 cats here every other week. Usually, I am in the house but need to step away for work / errands etc. I I am pretty flexible with hours/days/start times etc.
