I am a husband seeking reliable care for my wife, who has mild dementia. seeking two compassionate, English-speaking caregivers to provide companion care and daily needs. This is a temporary position from June 10- September 30. Duties for this position include assistance each morning with transferring from bed to wheelchair and settling comfortably in the den. Caregivers will help with pre-scheduled physical therapy exercises and provide guidance with walker use. Additional responsibilities include personal care such as sponge bathing, dressing, hair washing, and bathroom assistance. Light meal preparation, cleaning the kitchen after use, doing dishes, and handling light laundry are also part of the daily routine.
