About the job

About who needs care: Supposed to use a walker for all movement. Has a super pubic catheter that a nurse comes in and changes every three weeks. Sometimes he needs help with changing the bag. Ideally the person would come in for a couple hours in the morning to clean up from dinner from the night before, maybe make some breakfast, make the bed and help him get ready for the day. A couple times a week he needs help with getting groceries . He also needs someone to get the mail for him out of the mailbox. And it would be great if somebody could go to doctors appointments with him, but we understand thats notAnd it would be great if somebody could go to doctors appointments with him, but we understand thats not always possible. I already have a housekeeper that comes in once a week to clean the whole house. About the care needs: They need to be a very kind hearted person. Someone that is going to see past his problem and recognize that this is a major struggle for someone who is so used to being independent. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
