Help needed for myself in my 70s - seeking one day monthly transportation to a medical specialist - 3 1/2 hour drive each way from Mansfield to Saddle River New Jersey. We ask that you have transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
