About who needs care: Down syndrome, hearing impaired, uses an iPad app that speaks for him and he uses ASL as well. He loves going to the library and picking out DVDs, he loves music (loud) and dancing. He is very social and happy. About the care needs: Someone who is engaging with him. Enjoys him (he is a cool young man) someone who wants to have fun with him. Services needed include: companionship.
