About the job
About who needs care: In general good health, but has chronic pain. Lately she is quite emotionally volatile and forgetful. Occasional afib. Irritable bowel syndrome. Hobbies, she is a busybody and loves to organize and improve her home. She doesn't typically do other things for enjoyment beyond her afternoon soap operas, and painting on an app on her phone. She does love to go out to eat, and shopping when she feels good. Typical day she rises about 9, has breakfast, and has a slow morning as typically her IBS is symptomatic. Lunch around 12:30, soaps Monday-Friday 12:30-2 p.m. Usually she lays down and tries to nap until about four. She will either paint on her phone or sit outside if its nice until 6:30ish when she eats her dinner. Evenings she watches the news and game shows and goes to bed around 10. About the care needs: Someone patient and lighthearted, able to be empathetic but also redirect towards positivity. Services needed include: companionship.
