About the job

About the care needs: I'm looking for a companion for my husband who is in moderate/late stage Alzheimer's. He needs assistance/reminders to take his medication, shower & dress appropriately. He enjoys watching westerns, listening to music, looking at photos of his loved ones and taking our dog out to play in the yard. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. I am looking for a companion that has worked with dementia patients in the past. I am looking for someone that can be flexible with days and someone that could do occasional overnights as needed.
