About who needs care: Fell off ladder, broke 6 ribs on left side. Being discharged from rehab Monday 6/2 or Tues 6/3. Need assistance getting out of bed, showering, dressing. Light housekeeping, purchasing meals and intermittent driving to appointments. About the care needs: No specific skills, ability to transfer out of bed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
