About who needs care: Client is 39 years old with special needs . She is completely ambulatory, verbal with cognitive delay and enjoys watching movies , using her iPad and interacting with staff. She does require 24 hour supervision in her own home. She typically sleeps from 7:30/8pm--5/6 a.m. and there is a bedroom available for evening staff to rest while monitoring client. All of her supplements and medications are organized into pill boxes . Most meals are prepared ahead of time so night shift only needs to heat up food and serve to Client. She does need total assistance with oral hygiene, washing her hair and bathing as well but gets in and out of tub independently. Client' is prone to anxiety which she takes medication for. There is also required light housekeeping shared among staff throughout the week. More information can be given if interested upon request.
