About the job

About who needs care: My loving grandmother who is one of the sweetest people I know unfortunately has vascular dementia and a history of strokes. She enjoys watching tv and may would like to try a new hobby. During this shift, you will be preparing dinner and preparing her for bed. She goes to bed before midnight and the pay is $120 for the night shift. About the care needs: A person that can keep grandma laughing is always a good sign. Please be CPR certified and CNA certified. Special skills needed would be assisting someone with a wheelchair and walking as she has mobility issues from her past stroke. Please be able to actively watch tv for long periods of time to keep her updated on what is going on in her shows. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
