About the job

We are looking for compassionate, kind, and dedicated people to help an individual with cerebral palsy complete his activities of daily life! My name is Josh and I am a 33-year-old man with athetoid cerebral palsy. I use a communication device to talk to those around me. I recently graduated from Friends University. In my free time, I enjoy watching gymnastics, figure skating, and listening to country music. I need assistance with ADLs such as eating, transferring, maneuvering my wheelchair, toileting, personal hygiene, and light house keeping. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets.
