Who needs care: sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sis is 32 w/ cerebral palsy and cognitive impairment (about a 6-year-old level). Uses a walker/wheelchair. Would like to go out more for fun activities. Bro is 40. He has non-verbal autism and functions on a 2-year-old level. He wears diapers, but is changed before going with caretakers. Loves tractors, trains, and construction. Care needs: Someone reliable, trustworthy, kind, and experienced who can babysit 2-3 times a week so my mother-in-law can go to the store, appointments, or rest. (She's 72 and their sole caretaker, as she's on the waitlist for state services.) I'm helping her make sure you're a great fit for us... and that we're a great fit for you!
