Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Elkhart

About who needs care: My father had a GI bleed that required 9 blood transfusions 2 weeks after having knee surgery. My mother passed away during this time and he has been at a health facility. Needs assistance with dressing, showering and general getting around as he heals and can figure out what he can do on his own. About the care needs: Would need to assist him in getting meds put in his weekly container ( he use to do this alone), but has new meds to figure out. Would like to have light house cleaning as needed dishes, light laundry, changing bedding and sweep floors. Needs someone compassionate (due to losing his wife) and encouraging of his daily activities to keep him moving. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
