About the job

I need companion care to take care of my 80-year-old mother out in Elgin. She has depression and needs company from time to time until we can find a senior community for her. Can be a little demanding, struggles to communicate well and is often very tired. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal prep if possible. Duties include providing companionship, social interaction, watching TV or just talking. May ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with a friendly, loving cat.
