About the job

About who needs care: 57-year-old male recovering from Hip Replacement Surgery. About the care needs: I need rides to-and-from physical therapy 2-3 days a week for 5 weeks post surgery starting at the end of June. It a 2 mile trip from my home in Washington Park to Athletico in Hyde Park. Vehicle must be an SUV (I will not be able to get in a smaller car due to mobility restrictions). I'll need to ride in a reclined front seat and may have a walker with me for the first 2 weeks. Services needed include: Transportation.
