Job Location: West Champaign, near the intersection of Windsor and Mattis Description: We are three males in our 30s with a physical disability who need assistance with activities of daily living. One resident is seeking a PA for the morning shifts on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays and on Sundays. Requirements - Be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and communicative. I need people to commit to a schedule, but please let me know in advance if you need time off. Reliability is very important. Pay Details - You will be paid by the Illinois Department of Human Services (Home Services Program) and will fill out paperwork before starting work. You must provide DHS copies of your Driver's License or State ID and Social Security Card. The pay rate for DHS PAs is currently $18. 25 per hour. Thank you!
