About the job

About who needs care: My grandmother needs someone to help bath her twice a week, take her out to some senior events, take her on walks, just get her out of the house. Also someone to play games with her, puzzle, etc. Also would like someone to help make her bed, light house keeping- vaccuum and dust and help her take her pills and do manage her medicine. Aso some who can take her to her doctor appointments. About the care needs: Someone warm and kind, honest, able to relax with her and watch TV, but someone who can still do tech. They need to help her set up her hearing aids to her TV so she can watch direclty into them, someone if she wants to sell let's say a piano, be able to list that on craigslist. She is funny, a whippersnapper and can sometimes be demanding. So if someone can be funny, light hearted and be able to do the tasks she asks or if she repeats her self or forgets they are gentle enough to have patience and re-explain. They should love to play games! My grandmother likes A Ticket to Ride, to puzzle to just stay stimulated. Someone who doesn't mind going on walks with her and her walker, take her on picnic's etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
