About the job

About who needs care: My mom has some dementia and is blind so needs help every day getting to the bathroom and getting changed and having her bedding switched out. Making sure she takes her meds. She receives lunch during the week but would need breakfast and dinner and plenty of drinks. Currently I come in the morning and evening. I will have different options of light breakfast and dinner. I am looking for mostly weekend help and maybe one evening a week.. Average amount of hours each week would be around 10 hours. Can be more a few weeks this summer when I am scheduled to be out of town. About the care needs: Someone that has worked with the visually impaired would be great Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
